elder egbert versus the sister mission take 2

Another week has come and gone.

It's honestly really really scary how fast they pass now. I'm starting
to feel like nothing gets done and then WHAM, you've gotta write
another email recounting all the events that happened during the week.
The only question is:

What the cuss happened this week?

We were able to go to all the district meetings this week; it was
really cool to see all the missionaries. We've got some studs. We went
contacting in Le Mans for a couple hours, while waiting for our train.
We sat in the visitors center for a looong time. Haha they should have
a key indicator for "hours spent at the VC". That would be helpful.
Yesterday when we were there, we had so many people come in. The only
problem was they were all nutso and smelled really bad. Let's just
say, i was working on patience when the 3rd old stinky man came in
asking me to sign something.

I refused.

However, I realized something this week. I mean, i've learned it
before, but it was a good refresher this week. The lesson was this :
if we aren't looking for/expecting to see miracles, odds are, they're
going to be hard to come by.

"For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show
unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I
work not among the children of men save it be according to their
faith."
- Nephi

It truly works according to our faith. It's up to us if we want to see
miracles. Faith is a strength, not a weakness.

Don't let the muggles get you down.

- Elder Egbert
